Mike is a self-taught jeweller who began by producing wire-work jewellery in 1995. Over the years his work has developed and he now offers a wide range of designs in mixed metal using sterling silver, copper and brass as well as gold. He has recently started producing enamelled pieces in vibrant colours and designs.

In 2002, Mike started to work with fused glass incorporating wire work. This has led to the production of mirrors, bowls and hangings. Inspiration comes mainly from the recurring shapes and feelings in nature, erosion patterns in rocks, etc.

All types of jewellery can be made to order including one-off pieces for weddings.

Tangled Web has a shop and workshop in Llantrisant, Pontyclun and often attends city centre shows in Cardiff.
